Added Deals and Promotions Carousel on app home page for summer promotions. Added toggle to enable/disable in-store loyalty by phone number entry on the pin pads. Updated locations endpoints to make the location render much faster with better location aware.

-Migration from AWS S2 to Google Cloud storage for Image hosting -Added loading indicators for external links on profile page -Added ability to disable shopping/fueling for a any store/s in the event of outages i.e power loss -Added fallback missing images with logging for identifying missing product images -Streamlined All Points button to use a common global function -Added ability to do in-app push messaging per user for remote support -Added preliminary beta "Scan and Go" functionality to test -Fixed bug on fueling that would allow points to be applied beyond user's max points resulting in negative points -added Fuel Pre-authorization message before fueling. Added Full Points buttons next to sliders to make it easier to pay with full points. Corrected math error on fueling points calculations. Added Max Fuel value to be specified from cloud vs hard coded amount. Various other code cleanup pertaining to in-store loyalty usage. Corrected the points slider reverting back to 1 cent vs 10 cent steps after applying full points. Corrected rare bug that would crash if trying to cancel fuel.
