Is it possible to reset the app? It logged me out and I cannot remember my password. Please help
Doesn’t work for Apple
Based on my experience and the previous reviews, the app doesn’t work unless you put in your phone number and apple password. Nothing seems sketch about doing that 😂 I gave them a star for finding the most clever way to steal people’s data. I highly recommend just using it as a regular vape and not signing your life over for a novelty app.

Evidently on this app the account number is your phone number and the password is the password to your iPhone account. Before I did that, I figured I would read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. The terms and conditions and the privacy policy are written in Chinese. I can’t read Chinese. So NOPE, not gonna do it. I don’t trust that I have to use my phone number and the password to my iPhone account in order to get in. Sounds to me like a way for someone to get into my phone and either hack it, track it or both. And I certainly can’t trust anything where the terms and conditions and the privacy policy are in Chinese. Nice try guys. There may be some stupid people out there but I ain’t one of them.

Worked to Begin then didn’t work at all
Set up an account but login account number was not given or saved now I’m trying to log in and it won’t let me it asks for account number it’s not working with my phone number there’s no costumer support or way to retrieve password or login info so I got it to work once with my airfuze vape and now I’m locked out issue is when I get another airfuze vape I won’t be able to customize it and I’m currently already locked out of my account to further customize and use the features on my Airfuze

Need help
Tried updating the decide to .20 and it’s not working now and keeps failing every single time I attempt to redo it. This needs a factory reset option. The app made my device unserviceable.

I don’t have aWatch but it’s on my vape I wish that it would tell you how much juice is left an battery %to and I wish it would let you put your hole phone book on there to plus text. P.S. and get the flavor to Taste better
