Too slow to work
Waited 15 minutes to download the app and download the data using the museums WiFi. At 10 %. Giving up.

Wonder if the operas are silent, too? Italian operas usually are not.
No audio
There is no sound. The app has one job. Play audio. It’s all downloaded and the progress bar looks like it’s playing but no sound is coming out. My phone volume is at max. Disappointing!

Unfortunately it seems the audio is not coming through - everything is downloaded, even multiple languages. The play button works and it looks like it should be playing, but there is no sound. Phone is on max volume.
