Crashing no longer opens

This app was my go to app in tracking my babies feeding and sleep. I have not used this app for about 2 months and today decided to try and open it as I wanted some sleep advice for baby. It is no longer opening just crashing each time. I have paid for it so this is unexpected. Is there anyway this can be resolved, developer?

Disappointing

I was initially excited to use this app and had it downloaded all through my pregnancy, waiting for that day I can input my babies birth and enjoy the app and all the great benefits I thought came with it. Since trying to use it the app has crashed many times and does not allow me to go onto it, I don’t know why that is. Also the best features that I was looking forward to have to be bought but I’m hesitant since the app seemingly does not work well enough and I do not want to waste money.
Ps the parents looking for a general app to count feedings and diaper changes should try huckleberry, doesn’t create a schedule but way more useful then any other app I have tried.

I think you will find that they out preform all other apps. But to experience them you will need to full version.

Error tracking

Trying to add to my babies tracked routine and without fail I will get a something went wrong try again message and I have attempted multiple times now very frustrating

Glitchy

Heard about this app through a podcast and was really looking forward to it. My baby is 4 months and I put in the correct birthdate, even had me confirm her age before proceeding. But then now it just has her at 0 weeks and It doesn’t look like I can change it.

Doesn’t track actual schedule

First, I don’t mean to purchase it but the short trial didn’t work and it somehow did purchase.

Then, my LO’s schedule is wildly different from the suggested schedule. Every time I try to enter a ‘tracked’ event, I click save and it just disappears. I try to enter his actual wake up and save it - and it defaults to the suggested wake up.

There is nothing helpful about any of this is the FAQ’s. Just another shiny object which provides basic info but nothing actually useful.

Sorry to hear that you did not find the app useful. The morning awake time is recommended as between 5 and 7am because this is how to best set up a good day routine. Waking later than 7 pushes out feeds and sleeps in a way that disrupts routines. The subscription is run by the App Store and you can manage the subscription there. If you don’t come right there, Please do email us on info@parentsense.app so that we can refund you as we truly stand by the commitment to make your life easier or you cancel and get your money back.

Only app you need!

There are many apps in the market for parenting, but none that offer all the advice and support you need. Content and new features keeps getting better.

Scam

I wanted to have the 14 day trial. Only after purchasing the app and trying to cancel it 10 minutes later was the information available about which purchasing option had to be selected for the trial. I chose the one that was selected by default which was the wrong one. There is no way to contact anybody since their contact page is down.

This app is completely useless for me since my child has food allergies and this is not taken into account. He can’t have 90% of the meals. I never would have purchased this without the trial. Total waste of £19. So disappointing…

The email tips are really helpful

At first I thought that the email tips were not important, but in the end they gave me a lot of insights about things that I could do better for my son
