Good app but needs improvements
The app is wonderful for delivery but it seems to be at the very beginning of development. 1. Better filters need to be made for organizing open/un-open restaurants. It doesn’t make sense that a consumer is allowed to get through their entire order only to find out the restaurant is closed. 2. There should be more than 2 people on customer service, outsource. The two individuals that are there now, clearly cannot handle the growing volume. This will hurt the participating businesses. 3. Drivers should have no access to customer phone numbers. It’s not a problem until it is, and when it is, it’s too late. All communication should be within the app, which also refers to number 2. More workers to handle this growing volume of customers, is needed. 4. There needs be a cap on delivery fees. A delivery fee costing more than my meal? I won’t eat. Period. 5. App navigation is WILDLY SLOW. I can tap the back button, go scroll on IG, respond to texts, then get back to the AllMart app, and the page is still not loaded.Great App! Easy to use!
This app makes running errands a breeze! Able to get my errands done from anywhere & is Covid-19 friendly since I don’t have to go in town. Customer service is top notch & was very attentive in making sure I had the best user experience possible. 10/10 recommend!Number 1 Service In Antigua
