Very Disappointed
There are so many bugs. If you’re using Pakistani taxpayers’ money to develop an application, at least ensure it meets a standard that makes it functional and helpful.

Extremely poor app. Needs to be fixed
Non responsive
Not all services work. If a query is posted against a problem neither response is received nor status of query is updated. Only Excise service seems to be working. Arms service tab does not verify even authentic arms licences. Frequent application crashes.
App doesnt work
I downloaded the app but it doesn’t allow you to sign up or log in.
SMS code not received
I am unable to register since sms verification code is not being received in-spite many efforts. I am giving one star rating email verification code is working.....

I’m trying to register but I’m unable to receive sms verification code. I get the email code right away but sms code is never received.
How am I supposed to use the app if I can’t even register.
