It isn't easy to facilitate in the online world. The Planning Poker App lets the facilitator create an online planning room to which all team members connect. The facilitator decides to display all votes at the same time to avoid anchoring effects. The poker planning app can be used offline (if everyone is in the same room) or online (by creating a planning room).
