App needs improvements
App won’t let you create account because you need a Korean phone number. I am just visiting the country so I am not able to use any of the lockers. Also, the app is not available in English.themisteryshopper2020

Worst app ever
This is the worst app regarding luggage storage. It’s impossible to navigate, it says foreigner help but nothing is in English. The button to change languages does not work, the QR scan doesn’t work, the QR code leads to 404 site. Then live chat leads to a page that’s not in English and is just a bot. 어플 통신이 너무 불안합니다
저번에도 사용하다가 제대로 안 잠겨서 두번이나 고객센터에 전화해서 사물함 옮겨서 쓰고 했는데, 오늘은 노트북 보관하고 잠긴 것까지 확인 하고 돌아와보니 이미 사물함 반납된 상태(?)로 되어있고 잘못했다간 노트북 분실할 뻔했네요ㅠ 전체적으로 연결이 너무 불안합니다 그나마 사물함 내에 디스플레이도 같이 있으면 나은데 어플로만 여닫는 건 너무 위험성이 있네요 ㅠㅠ해매미

App didn’t work properly because service as a whole is broken. The only two lockers that were clearly open and available were listed as occupied and unavailable by the service and about half dozen lockers that were listed as available and open were locked and clearly occupied by other peoples’ belongings. Probably a dozen Koreans attempted to use the same ‘bank’ of locker in Gangnam Station after I did and none of them could store anything because you can’t utilize the lockers using the app or the website. And there’s also no support for the service as you will simply be sent to a web-based chat bot that does nothing to assist. This is highly disappointing given the fact there is a touchscreen-based locker service in nearly all Korean KTX stations that works without fail. Even 1330 support can’t assist or find any real support for this ‘service’.Show lessJonesnco
