With the new app, you’ll get immediate secure online banking access to: • View Account Balances. • Check Account History. • Pay bills and send pay other people with Popmoney. • Transfer funds between eligible accounts. • Find the nearest FTNB Banking Centers and ATM locations. • Make mobile deposits using your phone’s camera. To gain access to your account information from your mobile device, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. Mobile Banking features the same level of security as our Online Banking. Bank app constantly has or experiences “technical issues”! Lil aggravating to say the least. I e reported the issue several times.
On a positive note: The Bank staff, most are great and polite, respectful and courteous! Not the best bank in the area but better than other options in the area too.

The app doesn’t save your login info like it says. Have to constantly reset password and half the time that doesn’t even work without having to call the bank itself to reset your password for you.
