Can’t sign in as a new user, was hopeful to use this app and give it a try, but the login screen issue has not been fixed. Maybe I’ll try again another time
Top Tier Program
After many trials with other programs I opted to utilize PaythePoolMan for my business operations. My main reason for trying this software was to cut down the need to operate in multiple different programs for daily business operations.
From the start I have had nothing but great experiences with minor issues (mostly cause from myself.) Within a few day of signup I was contacted by Teresa, employee with PaythePoolMan that has been my point of contact since I began using the program. Not only is the program an absolute must have, but their customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever had dealings with. I highly recommend trying this product out to allow you to properly run your business and not let you business run you!!

Amazing tool to have
PTP is pure awesome. It’s completely tailored to the pool industry and that’s what I love. The company still shows their interest by continuing to post new updates and improvements. I love the tech support. Wether it’s through email or on the phone, they have a quick response time and get the job done. Just like any other dedicated company they appreciate positive feed back. So if there’s something you need or want. Just simply ask and put in a a request. They listen.

We were using the Wise Pool Program since the early 1990’s until Jeff came to an IPSSA meeting back in 2016/17 and introduced us to Pay The Pool Man.... WOW!....what a “game changer”.... we’ve been using this app for our business since 2017 our customers appreciate it and we couldn’t be happier.

This app has changed my life for the better. Billing so quick and awesome service notes!
Terrible
Absolutely terrible user interface. It doesn’t even work at all. Was supposed to be a free month and automatically charged my card for their other app service ‘Pool Junction’, which doesn’t work either. What a complete waste of time and loss of money.
Used to be amazing
I have used PTPM for close to 3 years. I loved it. And some aspects of I still love. Their billing portion of the software is top notch, and nothing else I have found can even come close to matching it. However, with that being said, the latest update with the terrible color gradient schemes and their lack of response on updating some minor things for those of us that are colorblind it’s very disheartening. On top of that, their new color and gradient scheme gives me a migraine every time I look at it. Ended up canceling them due to no response for a month, and basically being told well this is the new modern look of things, we don’t know what to do for you.
Reply to developers response - It’s not my “opinion” as you put it. It was making me have a migraine. A physical Heath condition, and no one said sorry and well work on new colors or anything. It was basically “well there are other apps out there, good luck”. If the color scheme changed back and some stuff got updated I’d come back. But until then I’ll use someone better.

Awesome billing app
Awesome billing app and so so much more I am able to keep customers Information like gate codes, pool chemical readings, and get paid right from the app. This makes it so much easier to not worry about remembering about billing customers because I can do it instantly from my phone.
