Fine but with glitches
I have 2 problems with the app so far,
1. Video upload is nightmare. It just doesn’t work. But if you go to website it works well.
2. Rescheduling the class- It happened twice with me that it auto rescheduled to next day but when I enquired they say its you who did it rather than investigating the issue.
Other than that overall app is fine. However it could have a better user experience but it mostly does what it supposed to do.

Can't attend class with the App
The app is good. Unfortunately, the app does not have the option to join the class through it.
Refund not processed on time
I have been following up since past 4 months for my refund and still it has not processed, every time they come up with new reasons , they promise full refund within certain period but it has been a painful journey in getting the refund.
Enriched with so many features
As a family we’re loving this app a lot; great design and ease of use. This app is enriched with many features like ability to reschedule / cancel sessions, add new sessions, quick chat with Teacher and Spardha support team, ability to view course progress, assignments and backtracks on the fly. Spardha school of music is one stop solution for learning vocal,dance and various musical instruments.Trainers are highly qualified,professional and most importantly kid friendly.My kids are learning piano .They enjoy every session and always look forward for next session.I highly recommend Spardha school of music.
