Amazing Platform

The app is amazing, and everyone there is amazing too. The customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with anywhere, and the process of everything is neat. The experts are also very good and help a lot. Big props to the team.

Extremely easy to maneuver.. very user friendly, thank you for the care guides, Q & A section was thorough , loved the idea and the info on each therapist as it helped me decide who would work better for me..

Life saver!

The therapist I am speaking to on Ayadi is able to help me make decisions with more clarity and understanding than I thought was possible before. Add to that the convenience of being able to have sessions on my phone, this app has already become essential to my life.

Doesn’t work well

This app look nice but does not allow you to book an appointment - I’ve tried all three docs in the ‘marriage and family’ category for next 2 weeks either there are no free slots or the app does not work and show me them. Hope you will fix it

We are terribly sorry that your first experience with this app was negative. We want to offer you a free therapy session through Ayadi to help make up for the disagreeable first experience. To explain, on 15 April (the day you left your review), Ayadi was not yet fully operational as we were just phasing in the app slowly. This would explain why you were not able to see any free time slots for the therapists you were looking for.
