    Използвам приложението от няколко години, нямах никакви проблеми, но наскоро започна да бъгва и дори не мога да отворя страниците. Не мога да заявя карти. Вашите служители не могат да открият бъговете. Моля направете вече нещо.

  • Комуникация и зареждане на сметка

    Инсталирах приложението, одобрение и регистрация ОК. После започнаха мъките, направих зареждане на сметка от карта, дръпнаха ми парите от картата и в сметката на tbi си гледам хубавите нулички. Започнах писане с агент и в момента, в който започнат да ми отговарят(след мнооого време чакане) ми изписва, че съм офлайн и не мога да пращам съобщения. Звъня по телефона, чакам по 10 минути и ми затварят. Направо пълна боза и тарикатски номера. Вземете направете нещо като хората и за хората! Вие направо се подигравате с нас. Съжалявам, че се регистрирах!
