Bad video
Charges you more than what you wanted. When you cancel the subscription, it continues to bill you when you don’t have funds in your account. Says free trial and continues to bill no matter what you do.

App is constantly disconnecting
Both this app( it was working okay in the first couple of days, but when started to use more often, problems would appear veery often. In one sleep of 2hours I have to go and reconnect to the baby’s station like 6-12 times. This started recently and it’s very annoying. Btw the app is one of the most expensive ones in this category. Would not buy it again.

Free trial
They make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe after agreeing to a free trial. There is no way to cancel subscription on the app. You’d have thought that ‘restore purchases’ and receiving a notification that the purchase has been restored would have achieved it. Or maybe sending them an email to tell them you want to unsubscribe. But no. I have now been charged for the full year. Dodgy and manipulative.

Great idea but doesn’t work
Great idea with some good features it doesn't work in a dark room so no use as a baby monitor when travelling.
Also the ipad image is to zoomed meaning need to put ipad directly next to crib and find means of balancing for the angle.
We dowloaded the trial whilst visiting family abroad so didn't have our monitor with us and thought we had found a travel solution…
Unfortunately after 1 day of using we realised it was’nt appropriate for us as the room to dark, the camera zoom un adjustable on the app and positioning of the ipad a balancing game unless your happy for the baby to have it in the cot.
Even worse as we away and forgot to cancel until one day to late we are hit with three months minimum auto renewal.

Video does not work most of the time
Sometimes it works. However, most of the time parent's device (iPhone 13 pro) does not show video from baby's device (Samsung A5 2017). Even when it shows, it disconnects often and then cannot reconnect. Both devices have latest updates installed and are connected to the same home wifi network.
Terribly unreliable
App constantly loses signal. Audio cuts out all the time, even audio is on you can’t hear anything. Video freezes so it shows Baby sleeping when baby is really crying but you can’t hear them because the audio doesn’t work. I would give this app zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time and money.

Do not consider this app
The app asks payment for trial use. It is so annoying. Do not recommend this stupid fraud app at all.
Terrible App, surprised they want to charge people
Stopped working after 3 mins. Won’t connect no matter what I do. I definitely wasted my time with this one. Try a different one.
Horrible night vision & Terrible customer service
When the room was dark, I couldn’t see my baby at all, the camera was completely black so I had to rely on sounds only.
I also had an issue with the payment plan and I sent Saby multiple emails to try to resolve the issue but they never once responded. Overall, I was not impressed with the app or the service.

Crashes on every startup
Crashes every time on iPad Air software 12.5.5, model number MD785X/B!
