Mobile service technicians can now add notes to photos in pre- and post-services, as well as in work in progress. This allows the driver to provide more information and give more context to the photos displayed in the Hive/appointment details modal. Additionally, we have implemented an 'On the way' SMS to notify the customer that the driver is on the way for the mobile service appointment
