برنامج صعب تتعامل معه
البرنامج صعب ..وبطيئ..وكل يومين فيه تحديث..طبعا ان حاولت تقدم طلب..يمكن ياخذ يوم كامل لحد ما تتحمل الملفات
Nama water app
I was using Diame application successfully for years. Some how it was switched to nama.
I only used successfully in May. Everything went wrong with application. I added my smrs for 3 meters as an owner to get bills. I got a massage to wait for verification. I opened yet and all my data has disappeared.
All my accounts have been deleted.
Give me instructions what to do. I do not understand Group etc. I wanted to add my accounts again I get an error massage.
Call center nowadays doesnot help much.
I will appreciate an email to explain why the application does not function at all and also which if your website works. I never pay bills without checking my meter readings. I had issues before as I used to get inflated bills due to wrong readings.

It was working however now stuck at request of update. Nothing happens. I want to brows my bill before paying. So no bill no payments. Website: I could not find anymore and down load the invoice PDF for browsing. My app: no PDF invoice of last Invoice. I got it from OIFC. Of course late. No issues last year but very unsatisfied this year. I had just checked yesterday, the website and my app. Very strange in January I got an automatic remark when I asked for bill and yesterday same remarks, although the bill was sent to OIFC which I received and with their website as supposed to be latest. I suppose for bill upto 16/2 I have to wait till after 12 March and from OIFC, unless the website and application is corrected Today no invoices show up 1&2 from website 3&4 on app today's request for instant bill Last on app last PDF of invoice recorded. January request no records, yesterday's no record and today. Please recommend, are customers again have to wait when bills are ready inOIFC. Website and app is down now for invoices. Nothing wrong with my meters. I am using less because of my self control and being cool not much water required for plants: I cannot paste the copied photos that I took to demonstrate from website and my mobile app

التطبيق فاشل ع اخر .. ايميلات ما توصل لشخص يوم ناسي رقم السري .. شو بيكون التطبيق

Took very long time for OTP, once verified the app freezes in a white page, if app is restarted it goes to the verification process and freezes again and so on........

Worst and irresponsible support
This is worst and irresponsible company I find oman. Wrong billing, wrong meter reading, very bad support. Never responds to support emails or complaints. Horrible!!
