- Adding iOS 16 support - Dropping iOS 13 support - New menu for Settings and Logging out - The Contacts tab uses icons instead of labels for each segment, such as Contacts, Roster, Favorite, and Directory. - Aligned with Android on handling the Menu icon color; the icon now is colored with either black or white depending on the custom Nav Bar background color. - Removing auto answer feature due to iOS limitations - The menu to start Collaboration calls has been changed from Conference Call to Meeting. The functionality stays the same. - The iOS app now presents the call forwarding indicator in the same way as the Android app. - Better connectivity for a Collaboration meeting on network change - The call encryption indicator now appears on outbound calls. - Users with SSC Push enabled now see localized incoming call notifications. - The Delete Log button has been added under Advanced Settings. This button clears the content of the SSC log on the device so that the log starts over empty. - Added more logging to Enhanced Client Traces (also called Simplified Device Log), to track activities around Do Not Disturb and Focus Mode. - Adjusted the "Back to the call" bar on iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max - The SMS API account details are now read only in the app so that only the administrator can configure it via provisioning. (Ticket # 70691) - Change in handling concurrent calls so it behaves like Native Dialer - OpenSSL 3.0 Support - Fixed an issue with localized strings. - Fixed an issue with sending a diagnostic log with a description provided by an end user. - Fixed an issue with an app crash. - Fixed an issue with VoiceOver accessibility support on iOS 16 - Fixed an issue where incoming calls via push notification may have no audio. - Fixed an issue with Push where the first incoming call fails after the app was terminated by OS in the background. - Fixed an issue where a custom brand did not show the call action menu to integrate customer's star codes. - Fixed an issue where the device screen did not lock automatically when SSC was in the foreground. - Fixed an issue where user could not log into End User Portal if their password included a special character. - Fixed an issue where dialing from Call history failed when the Strip Foreign Domain preference was off. - Fixed an audio issue with iOS 16.4 devices. - Fixed an issue where a missed call notification didn't appear properly on iOS 15. - Fixed an issue where a user could not bring the app into foreground. This issue was observed after receiving a call in the background when the preference "Private when in background" is enabled. - Fixed an audio issue on iOS 16 where a user heard distorted sounds during a call when Airpods were connected. (Ticket # 70405) - Fixed an issue with Help Desk Assistant where a reference code did not generate when user chose Connect to initiate a session. - Fixed an issue with Voice Over where the Decline button for receiving files was not accessible via Voice Over. - Fixed an issue where some elements in the Collaboration Participant list did not honor the custom color. - Fixed an issue where an In-progress indicator appeared on the Apply Changes button without any changes made. - Fixed an issue where Per account call forwarding was configured Off in Branding Portal but the app still showed it. (Ticket # 60557) - Fixed an issue where SMS messages were split even when they were shorter than 160 characters. - Fixed an issue where some SIP traffic from the SSC Push server was not included in the simplified device log (aka Enhanced client trace). - Other stability improvements and fixes. - Additional fixes for calling issues with iOS 16.4 devices.

  • Still not working 10 days after iOS18 update

App does not really sync with desktop, so phone may not ring while desktop does. Text messaging does not receive or send pics, and multipart msgs show out of sequence sometimes. But most annoying is that 10 days after updating my phone to iOS18, this app still does not work at all, no updates on a timeline. Not sure what the dev team is doing, but how about just explaining why this happened and how it will be resolved?

  • Inconsistent!

This VoIP service is often dropping calls and many calls coming in go straight to voicemail without ringing. It’s convenient to have office calls forwarded to your cell phone but frustrating when there are so many dropped calls.
  • Amazing overall I agree but...

Amazing yes but not everyone buys all the options unfortunately though.

Wonder if it’ll get an iWatch companion app for notifications etc.

(Only reasons why I did not rate higher.)
