There are metrics like heart rate, breath, body temperature, heart rate variability, and even brainwaves that can be detected by smart devices. We believe we can find and optimize for digital traces of happiness. We’ve worked with a few PhDs to develop a free app that detects changes in your mood as you meditate. Our technology learns from & adapts to you, providing the most effective mindfulness activities in the moment. We need more technology that makes our lives better without us needing to do anything.
