Anyone who has played a game of the famous party game "Werewolf" knows the problem - once there are too many complicated characters, it can be difficult to keep track of everyone.
"Werewolf - Narrator" is intended for just that - with a simple tap, characters and attributes can be assigned to the players. Music and sound effects which adapt to the scenes also ensure a unique and new experience playing the game.
Here's how you do it:
- Add all players
- Choose the cards you want to play with - physically and in the app, or just in the app (where you may choose from over 100 pre-defined card sets)
- A) Distribute the cards or B) choose random card assignment within the app and show the players their cards
- Show all relevant cards and interactions in a comprehensive overview and start the game
- Stay informed about everything relevant to the current scene
- Assign identities to the players as the game progresses, and then distribute attributes such as "Victim of the werewolves", "Protected", "Infected" and many more
- Get notified at the beginning of the next day who didn't survive the night
The app also offers:
- Support of 40 different characters, with more to come
- Many individual and artfully designed graphics for characters, attributes, and reasons for deaths
- Atmospheric background music and more than 150 sound effects specifically designed for the scenes
- Detailed character descriptions with tips for both the narrator and the players, including the most important interactions
- A summary of the most important events at the end of the game
- Many other little helpful hints for the narrator
- Complete German translation
In addition, "Werewolf - Narrator" is completely free and ad-free :)
On our website http://werewolf-app.com you can also find all card descriptions in case not everyone has access to this app.
Warning: This app is primarily intended to be played with physical cards (or sticky notes) that are dealt. As the narrator, you only get to know the identities of the players during the course of the game, and then you can assign them in the app.
However, it is also possible to make a random card assignment. In this case you can call up the players one after the other and show them their cards.
