Seriously
I have had nothing but problems with the bank itself, the app and the login process. I have other banks and have never had such an issue. I write my password down every time and my user name is correct but every few months all of a sudden it thinks I don’t have an account anymore. It doesn’t “recognize my login credentials” and I end up having to call the bank to get it fixed as well as change my password which the online account makes me change monthly anyway.
