Description of Fistful Food Tracker

Track food portions in fists instead of calories. Calorie counting takes time out of your day and can be stressful trying to get the numbers right. Using your fist as your measurement tool for food portions is much easier. This app is for people with avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), picky eating habits, or any other reason for under-eating. It helps you plan your meals ahead of time and track progress throughout the day. Features: * Keep a list of your regular foods * Plan your meals ahead of time * Portion food based on fists rather than complicated calorie counting * See your progress as you check off meals * Set an eating goal for how much you want to eat each day * Set future eating goals to aim for * Backup and restore your database

  • This app helped me lose 50lbs

I’ve always been a big dude. I’ve tried many diets but could never stick with it because I would always forget what is and isn’t allowed. Is a deep-fried s’more keto? Is a 16oz rib-eye vegan? Who knows anymore. I’ve even tried a strictly liquid diet but grew repulsed to the taste and texture of well-blended onion rings and Pepsi. Well move aside SlimFast, I finally found a diet that works for me. By measuring my food in fists instead of arbitrary measurements like grams, I’ve been able to eat less and play more. I make sure to have about two fists of each food group each day, and I’m feeling leaner than ever. Only one suggestion I have for the developer: could you include an option to use foot size instead of hand? I think if I could measure my portions by sole instead of fist, I would be able to eat more while still feeling like I’m on a diet. Thanks for your work regardless!
