I have been a computer programmer over 30 years. This app has one of the poorest interfaces for signing in and password resetting that I've ever seen. Number one, if I know my password then I shouldn't have to reset it. After several attempts at using my own email address and password, I never could get it to work but one time. Then I tried to reset my password. When I try and enter a new password - no matter what it is – I get this error "No such entity with %fieldName = %field Value" and only an OK button with no further instructions.
My friend has the android version and it does not make him login every time but this one for iOS makes me login every time and I have an iPhone 14 – it's not like it's an old iPhone that is out of date on the OS.
Anyway, my recommendation is to get a team of programmers that specialize in both the backend and front-end design and redo this app completely, and then test it thoroughly.
