Great and functional, the only thing is the “yes or no tracking points” chart colours are kinda hard to see in dark mode, I’d change them to something brighter. (Even with brightness up or colourblind mode on)

I found this app through eMoods. I realized eMoods wasn’t for me as much since my issues are ADHD, depression, and anxiety. However, I’m glad I found this app! I feel like it has the perfect trackers for behaviors that impact my mood and anxiety. I stopped using it for a bit but started recently when I realized I’ve become very dysfunctional, distracted, and depresssed. And I’ve been able to now see when I’m anxious. I like if asks if I’ve been on social media and had new exposures because these two things affect my anxiety. You can add your medication and I like being to see how often I take my medication. I can see on the graphs over time how my medication, behaviors, and mood are impacted. This is one of my favorite mental health apps!
