Pague el año de suscripción , mi celular se dañó tuve que cambiarlo y ahora me pide suscribirme nuevamente me robaron la plataAlbiferrobada

I press the right buttons to cancel on the app and website and nothing happens. I messaged support but it’s been weeks and no response. I’ve had to ask bank to block payments. It’s not much money but it’s the principle, I should be able to cancel a subscription I’m not using if I wish. The app is good but I am giving 2* because of the nonexistent customer service & the impossibility of cancelling a premium subscription. Other than that I do like the app, just wish cancelling was easier.
Update - they left a reply telling me to email and I did but they never replied!! It’s been months and they still charge. My bank will now block payments.Show lessC.M.1992

It’s fine but not that great if you ask me because well it Disney teach you Spanish that fast and it takes such a long time to learn so here’s some good things there are no adds so I guess that’s good and a bad thing is the Spanish and how long it takes to actually teach you anything so that’s why I do recommend it you just might get frustrated.Show lessKitten88888888888888

A few small hiccups aside, this app is perfect for people with a strong music focus in learning a language. I use it for french, and this is just what i was looking for. It has saved me a lot of time in learning what the songs i like mean!doneill60
