Just want to see a menu
I really just want to see a menu through the app. It stinks I don’t have that option to go over some of the different drink options that they have. Please just a menu to browse. Thank you.
Not good at all
All the menu options are not listed, and every time I try to put it my card info to pay ahead and pick up it reads “error processing”. Not sure what the point of the app is if it won’t list all menu items or accept my card information to actually use the pickup option.
It's better than what the older reviews suggests...
... or at least improved. I was able to order through the app and they had my drink and cookie ready for me. Yay!
Some locations are unable for online ordering, but hopefully as the franchise becomes more popular, there will be more location options.
Unfortunately, there are a few bugs within the app. When I first tried to checkout, the app pulled up a blank page and I was unable to close it until I closed the app itself. It was fine on the second try. Hopefully this will get fixed or was just a unique problem.
The app's not very user friendly, like the "search" option in the drinks and cookies were odd and wouldn't work. When I tapped on a wrong location, I had to think a bit before I could return to the map. Hopefully the app interactions will be better in the future.
I love Twisted Sugar so when I found out they had an app, I was enthusiastic :D

Wahoooo!
Love all the new options, and the ability to create my drink just the way I like it. I love that I’m not forced to tip through this app when I am pre-ordering and picking up my own order. It’s great to choose the gift packs just how I like it and I adore that it remembers my orders so I have the ease of just reordering my favorites with one click.

Worst mobile ordering experience
My app refused to load and when it finally did, it wouldn’t pull up any Utah locations.
Worthless App
I have tried using it twice for orders in Henderson. They never check the app orders at the store, so I might as well just go order at the store.
Newly updated but maybe worse??
So before, I could at least see the menu somehow, by clicking on a store, even though my store wasn’t on the options. Now, I can click on any option and all it does it pop up saying that my store doesn’t do online orders, there’s NO way to see the menu, and there’s no way to order anything. This is worse than the first app. Please just make a tab for just the treats and then do store orders in a separate place.

App has many errors
Many drinks are incorrectly listed in the app - and there is no way to put in custom requests (like “substitute sugar free” or “switch for Sprite Zero”) on many of the menu items.
The drinks are great - just be careful if you are going off the descriptions in the app...they are wrong more often than not.
Update: If you thought it couldn’t get worse, it has. Latest update is extremely slow, crashes, and I was completely unable to even see if the menu items are listed correctly. Will need to check back again after it has been stabilized.

Saratoga Springs Store?
I didn’t stop by today because the line is to long. I was glad to see their app to order a drink and avoid the line. I was disappointed that their Saratoga Springs store isn’t available on the app.
I HATE the update!
Didn’t know the app updated and changed and went to place an order yesterday. It took 40 minutes for my order to be completed. I had no idea when it would be done. I liked being able to pick a time or know when it was ready and choose curbside or inside. Definitely a disappointment. Won’t be using like I use too.
