Unfortunately they don’t feel responsible or obligated to advocate or intervene when their vendors constantly get the orders wrong. They don’t care, so you may as well address the restaurant directly.

Wanted to love this app
In theory it’s a great app, but when restaurants eff up your orders, or your lunch just doesn’t even show up, or there’s multiple hairs in your food (all things that have actually happened to me) the recourse is non-existent. I’ll jump on the chat or leave feedback on an order and all I’ve ever gotten is an “oh dear, that’s no good” and maybe a “we’ve refunded your order” which just gets credited back to your office and you are left SOL with no lunch.
