Most pathetic application and most pathetic customer service even can get from a so called multibillion dollar company . Highly disappointed. Worthless app and worthless customer service . Not even worth for a single start . Shame on the customer service
Raising concern about the Temple Inauguration
Dear Team Piramal,
We were invited for the inauguration of the Iskon temple yesterday and none of us were given the Prasad as it was over.
Our query to the management is Why did they invite us if they cannot cater to everyone’s basic needs??
Getting Prasad after Darshan is the most important thing and we all were sent home empty handed!!
If you’re unable to handle the situation please don’t invite anyone in the future.
I hope you understand the feelings
Kindly look into this matter immediately and please take responsibility of not repeating this again.
