Unsuable White Screen
The app worked at first, but then it shows a blank screen without options. Force closing the app, reinstalling the app or resetting the phone does NOT fix the issue.
Please fix the app.
Also, for your login screen, please use one field for the username so that the phone can save the information. Nobody wants to type every single time. Ideally, implement face recognition.

Mise à jour inutilisable
Incapable d’ouvrir l’application sur un iphone 14 pro….. incapable de travailler avec l’application alors que s’est nécessaire lorsque je ne suis pas devant mon ordinateur.
Completely Useless
Wish I could rate 0 stars. My child’s daycare switched to this app from Class Dojo for some reason and I do not get any updates or content on my child’s feed at all. Only an error stating they could not retrieve my child’s data and to refresh. The app is useless. I can only access Planitou updates via browser, which means no notifications. The interface is garbage, both in the app and via browser. I am infuriated that I am forced to use this garbage for my child’s updates throughout the day. Again — the app does NOTHING. Steaming pile of trash.

Non fonctionnel depuis la MAJ IOS
Application agréable à utiliser mais vraiment dommage qu’elle ne soit plus fonctionnelle depuis la mise à jour de l’IOS. Écran blanc, ne s’ouvre pas et la version web est juste horrible.
