Can’t open app after update
Since your latest software update I am unable to open the app and use my points or get points. Disappointed!

App crashing
Ever since the latest update I’m unable to access the app it will show the display screen of pacificpoints and then it will just go to a blank white screen
IOS user- Blank Screen
After the current update on IOS apps is just a blank screen. Admin please take a look. Might be just a compatibility issue. Thank you.
nov 2024 update not working
a pop up asks me to update and I did just to have a white screen no matter how much I restart the app and reinstall it

App crashes everything I go to My Profile to edit.

After update need to go through verification again.

Doesn’t work
Been trying to activate my account for 2 days and it never sends the email. It sent the email once but it took so long that the activation link expired. Been sitting here for 5 minutes trying to refresh my email and its not my internet either. Doing this bcs shell’s point system is going to expire on dec the 1st and will be replaced by this app. They could have perfected it first! Not happy at all
