Convenient but tricky to end a ride and lock up.
Great service. Really nice way to get around. The end ride function did not work great. After locking and unlocking a few times got the ride to end.

Funds had disappeared on account
Not all bikes were up to the quality. 2 of us rented but one isn’t up to quality. Breaking isn’t as good & seemed to be stuck.
Then the unused funds of €35 disappeared in the account for both of us. And they are so difficult to get hold to as you can only report via their *Help tab on the app… so far no answer and bye bye €35. Never again!

Clean well maintained Bikes, easy to set up and use., We use the non-Ebike version for buzzing around on a flat beach boardwalk and loved it

Really enjoyed these bikes. It was my first time trying a hybrid bike and loved it, especially going up hill. Easy to lock, with integrated cycle lock, holder for phone, and a convenient basket to hold everything you need for the day. Would definitely use again.
Good ride
Great ride. Sometimes have to restart the app when you pause riding. I went over by 3 minutes and they credited my account back for the overages. I recommend it again.
