Worked for a while and then lost connection.
This thermostat and my other MRCOOL mini split smart controller both stopped working. Attempted to fix the mini split first. Ingrams wouldn’t replace the defective module while it was still in warranty. Don’t buy MRCOOL products in the long run there’s a reason they are cheap. Was considering another 4 ton unit but if you can’t get help on the simple issues imagine losing a compressor. You will wind up replacing the whole unit because of no support.Show lessWon’t post reviews

It doesn’t actually change settings from the app. I try to change them and nothing changes on the thermostat. Then the app just goes back to what the thermostat is set to.TrustyFart
