2.0.0
November 4, 2024
Stronger Access Control We are transitioning to authenticator-based MFA for both the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and mobile app versions of BPC. Users are asked to enroll in TOTP MFA using the authenticator app of their choice within 60 days of this release. It’s simple to enroll. Just login to https://breachplanconnect.com and update your User Profile. New Features We expanded the customization capabilities of the plan template (edits and file uploads are performed in SaaS platform, but are viewable in the app): You can now edit the titles of plan sections in Steps 3 (Protocols) and 4 (Procedures). You now have the option to add an additional user-defined section to Steps 3 (Protocols) and 4 (Procedures). You can now add contacts to each section in Steps 3 (Protocols) and 4 (Procedures) from a simple checklist. You can now upload ancillary files to each section in Steps 3 (Protocols) and 4 (Procedures). You can now edit and expand your Response Checklist. There is a new Response Playbook for Third-Party Breaches.
