Does Not Work
I cannot print labels with this app. I click on “print” and it keeps saying that it has “timed-out.” I have not been able to print one label with this app. Useless.SFCheckit

Check if the paper is placed correctly. Improper placement of paper can cause the printer to malfunction.All in all a great product
The app needs some work - I can see from the frequent updates that this is being done. However, factoring in the quality of the product and the price point, this is a well deserved 5 stars.
To be honest, I had low expectations from the start. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. In this case, I was pleasantly surprised to get much more than what I paid for. The device works extremely well. The app isn’t bad either, in fact my biggest complaint might be it’s occasional lack of intuitiveness.
A couple of suggestions for the developer:
1. Get a better translator to spruce up the app
2. The device I bought has labels 40x12 in size, but the app defaults to other values. If most receive the 40x12 labels, consider making that the default
3. Keep adding more symbols! This is very useful.
4. The name doesn’t make any sense, maybe come up with a different one?Show lessJustin Zwick
I was scared it wouldn’t work.
I didn’t see the bad review until after I brought this and was setting it up. It set up fast and is very easy to use. It works great. I’m glad I didn’t see the review until after I got it because I wouldn’t have brought it and missed out on a good deal. Try it for yourself. I got it on Amazon so I could have sent it back but it works get and I will be keeping it.Show lessSin-Cere

I’ve been sitting here trying to figure out how to print labels and it’s not working just black ink is coming out on the top line this is really confusing and my device is not printing labels at all waste of moneypatrilynn
Code verification does not function, and therefore cannot use the device
Though I input my correct country and phone number, I receive no verification codes, despite many attempts. Unfortunately this means I cannot create labels and my device is useless.ZPParsons
