I been having problems clockin in and out not catching on to my location and me my managers are getting upset idk if its iphone or what but the app need fixing

This app doesn’t work well with iPhone I was able to use it but a week later when I gets ready to login my screen is red saying sign on error please fix this problem or do an better upgrade
Won’t fully load.
Stuck in a revolving loop which I’ve wasted 30 minutes on duty so far. iphone password, screen goes white and then 15 seconds later says app not fully loaded-contact admin. I’ve changed password like they want me to do so that ain’t it. iOS 14 is impossible to fully delete the app and reinstall it. Something to do with June 1? Someone please comment with a viable fix in how to uninstall/reinstall on Apple. Possibly could do with the 2.6 earthquake today in the region but not 100% sure. Help as I can’t get into payroll either.

Cannot log in
Can not log in from iPhone when logged in a screen pops out asking for Face ID
So
Super cool idea. BUT. Not every iPhone user wants to set up a passcode or a Face ID. That’s a little ridiculous. I should be able to clock in and out without that feature. It’s ridiculous that your third party app is requiring security features for use that iPhone doesn’t require for me to use the phone. Seriously not cool.
