Why can’t I get my data
Well, part of the time you can get the data but you just don’t get all of it. You pay for a pro app and you can’t receive any of your data because the time being always times out before you can get your information or there is an Instagram error, so I’m very dissatisfied at the moment the app used to be much better and it was very useful but as of right now I renewed I think having the pro would things would work better but it’s not and I’m very very dissatisfied

Bad programming
So everytime you want to look at it, you have to log in from scratch; this i could handle if it was this alone; the problem is once you log in it starts trying to load all the data (for reference i have fast wifi) which takes abt 6 mins and god forbid your phone locks during that time or you have to look at something else on your phone, cause when you try and re open, youre back to square one. I literally just did this loop 7 times consecutively and now its telling me my log in is wrong (despite me just logging in with the same info over and over again) tried 4 times. And there is no help or contact button on the app, its just the log in page which literally now refuses to work. And its $15/3 months. Color me unimpressed

Bug issues
This used to be such a good app to have, I’ve had it for years and I paid for the pro and it was worth it. However, there are always issues with loading the app. There’s never any updates, once I log in it refreshes and I’m back to the log in page. I can’t get any results nor load any follower updates. It needs some work to fix these issues.

App works fine but causes issues
The app works fine in terms of reporting stats, although sometimes it says people have unfollowed me who haven’t. But, because Instagram protects against third party apps, I’m now having issues with my account. Every time I use the follower app, Instagram locks me out the next day for “suspicious activity”, and the only way I can regain entrance is by logging in from a computer and confirming my identity. Since I paid for a year subscription up front, I’ll keep using it, but I don’t recommend this app.

It actually works I’m impressed!
Glad to see some of these apps still work. If you’re looking for something simple that is accurate, try this one out. Works very well.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
I have been locked out if my account for Instagram after trying to use this app and even after changing my password, when trying to log in it’s like the profile is corrupted and nothing even loads up! Can’t get through to any one on Instagram and the support page is useless. Avoid this app at all costs u less you want to lose your account. I’ve lost precious memories of my son and there’s nothing I can do to get them back! AVOID!

No longer works at all
When I first started using this app, it worked perfectly for a few weeks. I signed up for the 1 year subscription. After that it just stopped working. Sometimes it endlessly spins like it is trying to load, sometimes it just shuts down as soon as you enter your password. I re-try it about once a month now (since I’ve paid for the whole year). I download the app, try a few times, and delete it again until next month. It hasn’t worked for me since last summer, and it’s now January:(

This app kinda shady
At first this app seem very perfect and professional until today Dec. 23rd, the app acts kinda shady because my cash app card text me $3.33 dollars was spent on Meta pay randomly, when I research the website, I didn’t read all the detail but I saw it was world national and its connected to ig and Facebook. someone randomly paid for something on my card the only thing I could think of is this app. I have this app since the begin of December, I had Shut down my card because this stay safe yall.
