Horrible APP
I call 811 for marking, recorded msg says APP must be used. I d/l APP & only option is to sign in (to existing acct) that I don’t have yet, with no ability to “create” a new acct - seriously ?! Was this designed by a 4 y/o!?

Thanks for continuing to update the app and make this app better.
Awful App!
I called the 811 number and got set up to have property marked. I then loaded the App and tried to establish an account or login some way. There is no clear way to get into the App from a fresh download!

Useless
This App will not allow me to enter a locate ticket. It only allows “the search for ticket” option if you have the ticket number.
Old app it’s the best
I Agree this new app definitely not the best The old app was 100%way better. I wish we can get that back.

The new app is a disaster. The old app allowed the user to manage the locates and information to where as the new one is basically useless. Would rate less than 1 star if a option.
App Needs More Options
App needs ability to view tickets that have been entered with the option to restake. Old GA 811 had those options.
Older apps were better
The old app that is no longer usable would let you see all your locates called in for the last couple months. Now you have to have your exact ticket number to log in and check every time.
Definitely not a time saver anymore.

A step backwards
The original Georgia 811 app had the ability to find locate tickets that have been called in around where you were standing using GPS. As far as I can tell, this app does not have that ability.
