Don’t work with them.
We were a restaurant using their app and they are the worst in Phnom Penh.
They take our money, they don’t pay us and they ignore us too.
Very bad management, especially Vanna don’t let him handle your account..

Scam Advertisement and No SOP for refund process
The fact that they answered the price to too low for missing item and no refund shows how much that they ignored their own advertisement.
Today 14/2/2024, i received a wrong item. I filed a refund since 8:30PM and they didn’t respond. I chatted to Telegram and they mentioned their sale team can’t contact and will call me back after they respond. It’s 10:20PM when I submitted this review and still got no response. What should i do with the food that I can’t accept? Will you reject on refunding when the food is spoiled?

5 Stars Service!!!!!
I don’t do review for app but I gotta do for this one. Out of all the apps in Cambodia for food’s delivery for me WOWNOW is #1!!!!! When you have problems you can just press a button and you can talk to a customer service right away and they Will solve your issue plus they even call back to make sure your issue has been solved!!! I can’t say enough for this app. Very Professional and I will be ordering much more from them!!!

Overrated delivery app in the business
With the poor customer service and refund policy, I could say this company is completely a scam. Moreover, the duration of delivery is outrageous I’ve waited my foods for more than an hour and I couldn’t cancel the order. I can’t reach out to the customer service as well. They don’t have live chat agents or bot. The only way to reach out the agents is dialing the phone number which is always cutoffs. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! AVOID THIS!!!!
