Despite the “bugs”, I feel that the watch does what it was designed to do. I do think that the ability to create your own watch face would be nice too. But I’m pleased with my decision to buy it. Working out the “bugs” could be done with programming tweaking, and the watch faces too, with updates being available to download to the watch and app.

Disappointed
I thought this watch would be excellent but it’s mostly Chinese explanation and I wanted to download more watch face but nothing available. I thought I would be able to have more exercise.. nothing. I think I got scammed for the price I paid. The only thing good about this watch … it looks good.
Pedometer and app showing is different! Rubbish!
Pedometer on the watch and show on app completely different steps! Very confusing! I can’t find any contact help from support team ! I won’t not consider this a good smart watch or good app! HealthWear you need end support team! Contact me ASAP !
Lacking Watch Faces
Just started using this app with my watch. First thing that needs updating is the current list of watch faces. They all sukc. Need much better ones. Also, the list of sports and activities is missing the most important one for me, tennis. This is the first health app that I’ve seen without tennis. And now that Pickleball is here, it should also be included.
However, I’m pretty impressed with the app’s interfaces. The graphs are pretty neat.

After a firmware update my watch don’t update readings.
My watch had a firmware update for ver 2.07 by today’s morning. After that the app does not receive new reading from the watch.
Blood pressure
Not sure how accurate the blood pressure is.
I have had high blood pressure most of my life.I have not taken my blood pressure pills in a long time and this watch is giving me good readings. I don’t think my blood pressure has been this low ever when I was taking my blood pressure pills regularly.

The app is good but it needs an update as well as the watch over all it works good but i need a watch face to have a module for glucose reading on it, please create a few

Totally useless App constantly shows the weather for Condon USA when I live in Condon North Queensland Australia it does not snow in the Tropics!! SO2 always 95% never changes
Screen went blank
Had this watch for approximately 45 days. Screen went blank. Can’t get it to respond. Can’t figure out who to call on this. Looks like a Chinese company. Very disappointed. Seemed to work well till it quit working. Bad customer service. Don’t buy this product. No Stars.

Just got my watch and app today, so far so good
