App is garbage
The previous app was free and a Kindergartner could easily learn how to use it. The new app cost $400/year per associate, and you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. We’ve had to rely on taking our own screen shots of tests and make our own PDF reports for our customers. This app is destroying our testing business.

Does not work
I had this app before and it worked fine. Not sure what happened, but now it made me create an account and after I sign in it just doesn’t work. What a shame, now I can’t use my equipment.

Not allowing to login
I insert login info such as username and passwor and when i click on sign in button, it takes me to the same page again and again.
