Just used the app and it seems to work just fine. I like the feel of it and it’s many features. It has a lot of great features that I have not seen on other teleprompter apps I’ve used. The one thing that I use the most with other apps that makes me not want to use this app as much is the lack of the video recording option. With all the added great features it have, it doesn’t have video recording! That’s the only deal breaker for me. Other than that it’s a great app.
It says it will open pdf files but it won’t. No error message just opens a different file.
Appears stable at first glance, which is more than I can say for MOST of these teleprompter apps.
No support for common keyboard shortcuts like Cut, Copy or Paste... No standard application menus so the user interface must be learned.
Tried to import my scripts from many formats. Never opens/imports. Dead. It does not import anything. Why?? Can you please update the app do perform this simple, basic, and necessary function?
This app is a disaster and a waste of time, don’t bother downloading and certainly don’t buy the remote. Among other fails, the ‘next’ function jumps way ahead and it’s impossible to just sequentially move through the text. Not sure why it’s so hard for people to create a basic app / remote, but this app demonstrates that apparently it’s hard to do well.

Hi, of course our app needs to keep improving and we appreciate your opinion but it seems that you are trying to use this app in a way for which it was not designed, maybe that is mainly the reason for your bad experience: The 'next' function has actually been created to jump forwards and backwards in big blocks, these jumps will depend relatively on the size of your screen and the size of text/margins that you have configured, if you want to be more accurate in these jumps you can easily customize your own markers by simply adding ### to your script in the key parts, on the other hand you can also rewind at a slower speed with the X button activating pedal mode. It’s pretty good, especially paired with their pad. I write my scripts in Pages and Notes. I wish when I pasted the script in the app that it would retain my bold, underlined, and italicized text.

Now we are working on an update that allows opening files in different formats with rich text and many other new features... version 2.0 is coming soon, I hope you like it. Yes of course, you can use the "Margins" slider under the "Text" menu to adjust the width of the margins so that you can avoid the notch.
