• You can now create folders in offline mode, both from File Explorer and from "Annotation Save As" flow in a PDF file. • You can now mark a Box as Default Annotation Box, even if someone else created it for you. All you need is to have at least write permission for this Box. • We've also done some polishing and implemented several bug fixes and improvements.

• We've introduced Icons view for Box Explorer screen. The Icons view makes better use of larger screen real estate compared to the List view, which means that now you can have more Boxes visible on your iPad by default. • We've expanded our PDF Viewer capabilities even more to enhance your productivity with PDFs. In addition to Annotations and Reduction, you can now Add, Remove, Rearrange, Duplicate pages, and perform numerous other modifications to your PDF documents directly within the idgard iOS app. • You can now conveniently reply to the note directly from the idgard iOS app. • We've also done some polishing and implemented several bug fixes and improvements.

• When attempting to save a PDF into another Box for annotations, you will now, by default, only see Boxes where you can save the PDF. Nevertheless, you still have the option to remove the filter from the top-right corner and view all your Boxes. • Now, you have the option to choose a default annotation Box. This simplifies your annotation saving process by automatically navigating into the root folder of the selected default annotation Box during the save-as flow. • Please be informed that with this release we're retiring support for iOS 15. • We've also done some polishing and implemented several bug fixes and improvements.

• Now, you can conveniently vote for the polls you are invited to directly from the idgard iOS app. To access this feature, simply tap on the Polls option in the Dataroom action menu. This will navigate you to the Active Polls screen, where you will find all the active polls available for you to vote. In addition, tapping the poll link on your iOS device will directly open respective poll inside idgard app, so that you can conveniently vote without additional navigation. • You can now see original file name instead of GUID when trying to share file from idgard. • We've implemented several bug fixes and improvements.

• You can now create any type of guest and invite them directly to the Box of your choice. Distinguishing between temporary and regular guests is made easy by simply setting an expiration date. Invited guests will automatically be granted default permissions for the Box. • We've added members action inside the Box action menu. Now you can view and edit Box members with one fewer step.

• We've made drastic performance improvements for making box and folder available offline. You will be able to feel the difference for boxes with lots of items in them. • Finding the right box during saving PDF for annotations was hectic. Now we have made it easy with a search bar. • You are now able to create folders when saving PDF for annotations. • You can now share links to files, folders, and notes from idgard via 3rd party apps installed on your iOS device.

• We've added the Redact feature to allow permanent deletion of sensitive information from PDF documents. Redaction is part of the Annotations feature, which is available to all users on an Enterprise Price Plan. • The Annotations feature comes with refined icons and a new look for toolbars and dialogues. • We've resolved an issue with displaying meeting pack file names in PDF headers. The names now show as expected. • A new warning message provides guidance in case the available storage capacity of your iOS device has become too low. • Opening files is now independent from available RAM memory. This fixes an issue that occurred when opening large files. • To protect data in idgard, a secure network is required when using the app online. The wording of the warning message that idgard displays when detecting that the mobile device is connected via an unsecure Wi-Fi is now more precise.
