Good yet bad
I would not recommend this game why house u out would ask well because when I played the game every thing was said coming soon even when I won one it did not nothing receive it
Fun game, but prizes never came
Really fun claw game. Won 4 prizes, paid for coins, paid for VIP shipping. Prizes βshippedβ in April and may and still havenβt received anything. Customer service sends generic message about being patient. Itβs a great game if you donβt actually care if you get anything in return.
I do not recommend getting this game unless you want to win no prizes
I was playing the game, and whenever I would get one of the items in my claw the claw would open before it went to the little box and I ended up winning nothing. this game is rigged and whoever made it needs to fix it.
2nd item will always fall, unless you pay 2X's!
I brought up the question of how was the clamp always opening up, dropping the prize, EVERY TIME I was trying to win a second prize.
I actually received an email from customer support saying that they couldn't afford to give away prizes to people who didn't pay, and that if I wanted to win I had to make a purchase TO INCREASE my chances of winning. That's not how a "skill" game is designed to operate.
I was honestly surprised, and when I sent them a very upset reply, I was told "we are already spending too much money on our prizes and shipping fees, and you don't get to tell us how to run our business! Please don't come back"
So if you just want to play a free claw game and have a 0% chance of winning, then this is your game.
If you don't mind spending a minimum of $20 per win, then you are in the right place!
Developers please respond! I still have the emails from your customer service team that prove that everything I've said is true. Please try to tell me I'm wrong!

I am not impressed
I have been trying to get a 2 Prize and I canβt Iβm gonna give this game two stars first because I just wanted to be one price and then you get it shipped to you second because you donβt even get points every day are you guys four points from a box why canβt you just get 200 points a day
Ehhh
First, the only reason I gave five stars is so people can see it. I think this game is pretty fun with awesome prizes. Just one thing tho, every time I try to win a prize the claw OPENS. Iβm just very dissatisfied with the game.
Pretty Great Customer Service/App
Most of the time when I play a machine, I hit record just in case the machine glitches out or messes up; so when or if it does Iβd have proof of it and to inform/ask ArmsWave for a refund on coins(if possible). So when sending out an email they usually reply within 1-3 days(which is pretty nice since they actually respond and try to help you out). *But one of the things to make sure of before you send out a video/email..is to make sure you had good service or good Wi-Fi quality/speedβ¦because if you didnβt or even played while your device battery % was low- thatβs possibly one of the reasons why the machine glitched; another thing would also be to send them your profile name(username) within the email so they could possibly work things out with you. Overall, they have a pretty cool customer service/s and app so far. Edit: Also noticed that you may have to swing in the items/prizes to win because the claws are pretty okay and sometimes open before actually getting to the drop point to win- also I have noticed there was a bug crawling around in the claw machineβ¦

Rigged Games
I played this game for all of 5 minutes, its basically pay to win and the machine's claw opens enough to drop the prize once it picks it up. This game isn't even worth the download, save yourself the trouble and go to an in person claw machine.
Good in theory, no real prizes
I just started playing so I canβt say much about anything however, every single claw machine leads to the same one. Totoro keychain set? Cute, i want that! Takes me to a claw with emoji blocks and some stuffed bears or something. Lunch box? Same deal. Cute bag? Same deal. Toothbrush holder? You guessed it, same thing. Been scrolling through for 10 minutes and itβs all the same claw machine.

Please no
I have downloaded pretty much every claw machine game on the App Store and this is the only one that has not given me at least 1 free play also you have to pay for shipping and buying the coins cost way to much donβt recommend.
