Unable to login Due to the app’s terrible responsiveness

The app itself has an option on the settings to “edit/change” information but you actually cannot do it. I contacted the bank and they say I need to fill out a KYC form. In my mind I am thinking it is the bank error not mine so why shall I fill out a form and as the APP master user I should be able to have full access for this. Definitely sticking with my existing bank. Not worth the switch as I am waiting for a ATM card over a month from IZB and the APP hasn’t got an option to follow up on.
