As an iOS Developer my suggestions,
1) Too complecated UI. On launch of the app add tutorial to show basic functionalities of the application.
2) There is no option for public holiday pay. I get 3* times regular pay. Please add functionality similar to overtime pay.

I really love this app but can you make it for multiple jobs and also a month/Calendar view? Otherwise I love it so much!
