  • Great App for any trainer.

This is a great app. Could use a bit of a better UI, but works as intended to.
  • Great app but confused how to use at first

So at first glance I thought this was a type match up like a battle, for example I thought first you pick one side (bug) then the opponent (flying) and that would give you a list of strengths and weaknesses. But I quickly realized that didn’t make sense. Then I thought that you choose your Pokémon and it told you the strengths and weaknesses of yours but it was backwards. I FINALLY realized that this is meant to have you choose the type for the Pokémon you are going to be battling and then it gives you NOT THEIR strengths and weaknesses per say but the Pokémon YOU SHOULD CHOOSE that are strong against it.

This is a super helpful app however there is no instructions telling you how to use it the right way... maybe I’m just unintelligent but this was really confusing at first till after trying several different ways to match up a battle and finally got a result that made sense for the types.

    Developer Response

This is very helpful feedback! Thank you for writing such a thoughtful response. I have an update planned for the app to be released sometime in the next couple of months and I'll take this feedback into consideration and plan to add a short tutorial of sorts to make it more clear how the type selection works. I guess I never thought about how unintuitive it may feel at first with no instruction. 😅
