Can’t get past the connect page, freezes up, I phone on Bluetooth connect says A4 not supportedworksoncomputer
App Not Working
Seems to be frozen. My device is connected to Bluetooth correctly. Cannot use app. I have deleted and reinstalled app several times. Do I need an update, if so, how do I do that?rhillbe

Can’t do templates
It takes a long time to load the template page and sometimes it won’t even come up. And then when you go to click on the individual templates a lot of the time they just don’t show up and you have to keep trying and keep trying or give up.Iamsherbear

i can do photos,scan and template printing from my iphone 13, no problem. HOWEVER , i have yet to be able to print a PDF or any document that is contained in my FILESIrekJ
Not the best but cute
The app is cute and so is it the overall idea but it is very blurry when printing and has no use.lexithedoggy

Printer DOES NOT print in color. Not worth the money I spent. Refunding the printer and deleting the app.JChanelle
Please fix the template load up
I have been having trouble loading up any of the templates that are offered on the ap. I have tried reinstalling the ap to see if that would help but the problem persists. Really hope this gets fixedmataidea6
