Horrible buggy app
My hotel required me to use this app to order room service. Took about 5 tries before I managed to get the app to actually place the order, and once it did there is no confirmation or anything. So you’re literally sitting there wondering if you’re going to get your order or not. Ended up having to call the hotel just to let them know that I placed the order and they had no idea. Complicates an easy process for no reason, extremely buggy and useless.
