Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered. Please download the latest version of the app where a fix has been implemented. You no longer need to ensure the image fills up the box, simply adjust the distance from the test kit until you get a clear image for submission. Great App to use but what if my 3 year old daughter needs to be on campus too? How will she be safe without being able to use this app since its only for people above the age of 4? I am very concerned about my daughter's safety so I am wondering when you will implement a system for children so that they will be safe on campus!Show lessConcernedFatherSG
