The air is fresh and so is this new version of Pitch — some terrific new updates! - Completely redesigned Profiles so you can now see what places other people are interested in (just make sure you’ve liked enough yourself ;) - We put Friends on your Home screen so it’s now easier than ever to see what your friends want to do! (feels amazing) - Craving a specific spot? Look it up in our more accessible Explore search tab (thx for your suggestions on this) - For the spontaneous: Try our Activity Roulette recommendations to make plans with someone new (adventure guaranteed!) - We added a bunch more Places, Events, and Venues so discover your next favorite spot ;) People have been making new friends and it means the world to us. Happy Summer — We hope you’re staying cool - You’ll see a totally refreshed Home Screen (yay!) - Make Friends and see what they’re interested in (so useful tbh) - When sending anyone a plan, we’ll suggest places you both might enjoy! - We made it easier to choose how you want to use Pitch - Add Top Plans for your Profile (so ppl come right to you) - Fixed a few Bugs we were embarrassed about too: Reconnected some dots and fixed some copy logic, etc (thank you all for your feedback!) Hello Friend! We’ve even more updated. Moisturized. Happy. In our lane. Focused. Flourishing. - Everything is faster now - It’s easier to connect with Friends and see what they’re doing - Updated Menus so you can see extra restaurant / ticket information, plus send plans to Friends (v important) - All our places and plans are on a map now! You can explore the map and find cool spots in any neighborhood you’d like (have a look around;) - We upgraded messaging tech! Chats were previously event-specific, but that was redundant. Now it’s one convo thread with one person and we made it more fun to share all the plans you find with each other (i am proud of this, it is the beginning of a new era) - Top Plans are awesome and you should pin a plan to your Profile (so ppl come right to you) - Fixed a few Bugs we were embarrassed about too: That one button that wouldn’t work now works very well, etc (thank you all for your feedback!) We added 555 new Places and Events and venues over the past month! You can explore the map and find cool spots in any neighborhood you’d like (have a look around;) - We upgraded messaging tech! Chats were previously event-specific, but that was redundant. Now it’s one convo thread with one person and we made it more fun to share all the plans you find with each other (i am proud of this, it is the beginning of a new era) - Top Plans are awesome and you should pin a plan to your Profile (so ppl come right to you) - Accessibility updates to Profile photos and Event cards everywhere on the app (whoosh) - Updated Menus so you can see extra restaurant / ticket information, plus send plans to Friends (v important) - Fixed a few Big Bugs we were embarrassed about too: Friends showing up twice, Profile refresh, Favorited templates not appearing properly in feeds, etc (thank you all for your feedback!) We added 371 new Places and Events and venues over the past month! Huge whammy update here! - Now you can pin Top Plans to your Profile (so ppl come right to you) - Instagram integration for the Profile (if you’re feeling social) - Updated Share Menu so you can really easily send plans to Friends (important) - Username Search on the Explore screen (another way to find your friends) - Fixed a few Big Bugs we were embarrassed about too: Home screen modals, Explore feed rendering, plan images, and styling alignment, etc (thank you all for your feedback!) We added 222 new Places and Events and venues over the past month! Hey hey! This update feels good for the soul! - New version of the photo selector (easily choose from those albums) - Fresh styling updates to a few screens (tbh we think you’ll like it) - Added some tutorials that explain new capabilities (you’ll see!!!) - Huge additions to the Home Screen (new buttons and feeds; what your Friends are up to) - Fixed some other Bugs we were embarrassed about too: a couple of buttons were loading too slowly, etc (thank you all for your feedback!) We added 442 new Places and Events and venues over the past month! What’s up! You are going to love this update! - All the Places are now sorted by nearest to you (see the best spots in your area first) - Places are more easily accessible in all Explore categories communities (bookmark these) - Huge additions to the Home Screen (new buttons and feeds; what your Friends are up to) - Simplified the flow for sending a pitch (lowered the bar while raising it, iykyk) - Further improvements to the Activity Hub (make plans and check your DMs) - We built a new machine thing that helps test things for us and it caught an issue that we’ve since resolved and now the app is a lot faster (like a lot, a lot faster) - Fixed some other Bugs we were embarrassed about too: drawer logic, styling, usability, etc (thank you all for your feedback!) You’re all so great! It’s wonderful to know all this work is making an impact. We’re lucky you’re here, and if you’re reading this that’s very nice of you too. We love how you’re using Pitch!
