Keeps logging me out
Logs me out about 3 times a day and makes logging back in slow and painful, I constantly waste the first 10 minutes of my lecture just to log into this useless app to check in. It also constantly lags and most features rarely ever workdid you send the number
Not downloadable on MAC?

Not so good
It doesn’t recognise my email address for the information about bins collection. And yes, I do live in Lancaster.
The health innovation one bus stop can’t be found in the app.
Since Saturday it’s been impossible to get any information about buses times.
I guess I’m not a very happy app user…Lancs2015

Hi, The service utilities AWS cognito with Lancaster university co-sign to add login and on-boarding. Amazon AWS is covered under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework allowing transfers of data between organisations in the EU and those in the US. I hope this helps. Many thanks, ITPI Team
